I am Chef Nishan Andonian, I have a science background and for over ten years have worked in not only commercial kitchens and catering establishments but also several restaurants in Birmingham, MI. My last position was a Sous Chef at Bistro Joe’s in Birmingham, MI in 2012.
I have had the rare opportunity to work for and train with James Beard Award Nominee, achieving Michelin status, Chef Jacques Van Staden. Together we had a consulting firm, until I landed a private Chef position with a very prominent family in Metro Detroit area.
Now, for over seven years, I have had the privilege to prepare custom meals for several private families in the Metro Detroit area.
